Eternity Ink collects certain personal information such as customers contact and account information such as name, email address, shipping and billing 

address, and phone number. Eternity Ink uses this information for internal purposes (to process and keep you up-to-date with your orders and any

 invoices, to maintain or update your Eternity Ink account, or to send you requested updates about new releases). Eternity Ink does not provide

 information about its customers to third parties.

Eternity Ink does not rent or sell e-mail lists. We may send you e-mail to notify you about your recent order; this will be sent to the e-mail 

address you provide to us. We also may send out a promotional newsletter in the future. However, you can choose to unsubscribe them to 

opt out at any time.

 

Returns & Refunds

Eternity Ink cannot accept returns and does not offer refunds, unless an incorrect product has been delivered. 

In such instances Eternity Ink must first receive the product in good re-saleable condition within 15 days of the initial dispatch date.

We advise that you make your purchases mindfully.


 
Availability

Please note all items listed on our web site are not necessarily in stock at our shop, but orders are taken.

If orders vary in size, they may ship in multiple deliveries. You will not be charged for more than one delivery fee.

 

Delivery Time

Eternity Ink makes every reasonable effort to dispatch orders within 5 days of your payment being approved. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. Actual delivery times are the responsibility of Australia Post.


 
Pricing Changes

Occasionally prices may change for reasons beyond our control and in this case we reserve the right to vary advertised prices without notice. 

 

Freight & Handling Charges

During the checkout process you will be paying an additional charge for postage & handling which is visible from the beginning of the buying 

process. No additional charges will be applied.
