This collection has been brewing gently over the past couple of years. Spiritual poetry is a design of words that resonate with the soul, and I would add that, of course, the heart is in the soul.  There are some great poets who have inspired us to love more, and to think of God more, and to be less selfish or consumer-oriented. Hopefully the poetry and commentaries you find here will add many types of inspiring and transformative moments to your life. It may help you open up to some new thoughts coloured with those amazing qualities of peace, power, purity, love and even bliss. People who write spiritual poetry want to share good news with the world. They want to create a better world and hope that you too can join in that vision.

The book also includes the essay “Meet the Yogis” which will give context as to who have been some of the great yoginis practicing Raja Yoga with the Brahma Kumaris.

The poetry here contains a variety of themes and points of view, although a similar overall intention is to uplift and give joy.

There are many ways to see oneself, the world and God and each poem has it’s own beauty and song.
